The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of paints and coating solutions to real estate developers, construction companies, and industrial clients. The role involves developing long-term business relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional technical and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients within the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients (developers, contractors, architects, designers, distributors).
• Promote the company's full range of paints, coatings, and related solutions to meet customer and project requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and client offices to follow up on ongoing and future projects.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of delivery in line with company policies and profit targets.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competition activities, and potential opportunities in assigned regions.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional events.

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in B2B field sales, ideally within the construction or paints/coatings industry.
• Strong client network among developers, construction companies, or architects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in building relationships.
• Technical understanding of construction materials or coatings is a plus.
• Valid driving license and availability for frequent travel.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Salary between 6000 - 7800 RON net, depending on the level of knowledge and experience.
